Any software ordered, developed and/or delivered will be referred to as “THE SOFTWARE” here forth for the all matters of this document.

Any legal entity that has requested/ordered THE SOFTWARE will be referred to as “THE CUSTOMER” here forth for the all matters of this document.

Webologix Software, the company that is developing and/or delivering THE SOFTWARE to THE CUSTOMER will be referred to as “THE COMPANY” here forth for the all matters of this document.

If THE CUSTOMER is not satisfied with THE SOFTWARE ordered/purchased/delivered by THE COMPANY, they may request a refund by sending an email to the support team ([email protected]) 30 days from the date of order.

All shipping, handling and delivery charges are non-refundable.

THE CUSTOMER must uninstall and stop using THE SOFTWARE in any and all devices.

This refund policy applies only to THE SOFTWARE ordered directly ordered from THE COMPANY. If THE SOFTWARE was ordered through a 3rd party, it must be returned to the 3rd party and is subject to the return policies of that vendor.
